A new comprehensive paper (30 pages!) has been published now with the aim to describe the full modeling and scenario framework of the FlexPlan project. It contains a complete overview of the main results achieved by the Horizon2020 project during the first one-and-a-half year of activities.
The new paper, titled “The Innovative FlexPlan Grid-Planning Methodology: How Storage and Flexible Resources Could Help in De-Bottlenecking the European System” has been published in open access by the ENERGIES MDPI journal as part of the Special Issue “Verifying the Targets—Selected Papers from the 55th International Universities Power Engineering Conference (UPEC 2020)”
The paper is now freely accessible online at: https://www.mdpi.com/1996-1073/14/4/1194
